_ [Lifehack]名古屋ライフハック研究会『仕事ハックス』
今回はシゴタノ！管理人の大橋さんの講演がメインでした。大橋さんの講演は非常におもしろく、また「なるほど」と思えることも多く、参加して本当によかったと思います
お話で興味深かったのが、タスク管理に関するあれこれ。「タスク」と一言で言っても、タスクの性格？によって管理方法などが変わってくること、Stickiesを使ったタスク管理で、タスクの性格によって表示方法を変える方法などもなど、まさに目からウロコという感じでした。
あとは大橋さんおすすめのツール。紹介されたのは「Evernote」「Stickies」「eClip」「ToClip」「Becky!」「TaskChute」
Becky! は「テンプレートとリマインダーを使った習慣養成ギプス」だ、との言葉が印象的。気の進まないメールを書くときにリマインダーを使ったり、ブログの内容もテンプレートにしてしまう、などなど。
Evernoteについてはいろいろな方から聞きますね。わたしは情報収集にはこれまで紙Copi Liteを使っていたんですが、Evernoteも試してみようかと思いました。
「ハックの作り方」という話題では「面倒感度を磨く(面倒ブログをつける)」というのがありました。自分が面倒だと思ったことは何か、どうすれば気持ちよくなるか、をブログに書くというお話だったのですが、自分は今モチベーションシートの真似をして、手帖にいろいろ書くようにしているので、それの1項目として「今日面倒だと思ったこと」なんて項目をつけるのもいいかもしれない
そして懇親会。2次会ではせっかく大橋さんの隣に座れたのに、自分から何かを話しかけることがほとんどできませんでした。他の方が講演の内容や著書の内容について盛んに質問していたんですが、自分は何を言ったらいいのか迷ったというか思いつかないまま。大橋さんのブログや著書をどれだか読み込んでいるか、で質問の量は変わってくるとは思うけれど、自分は「質問する力」がないなぁ、ただただ感心して終わってしまって、そこから先に進めてないなぁと思ってしまった。
そして、これは帰宅してから思いついたことだけど、大橋さんの文章を読んで始めた「やりたいこと」をひたすら毎日書き続けること、昨年10/1から始めて、毎日とは行かないが今でも続いていることを話せばよかったじゃないか、と。
帰宅してから自分に送った「やりたいことメール」を数えたら、今日までに220通ありました。1週間のうち6日は書いているようです。4月からは、平日だけですが、手帖にもやりたいことを書くようにしています。もちろん、これからも続けていきます。
しかし、関係ないけど「わたしってやっぱり怖いらしい」「わたしってやっぱりかわいくないわ」と思ってしまったorz
